Contains the full text of the Texas Finance Code. Statutes incorporate all amendments through the most recent legislative session. The Finance Code constitutes a unit of the Texas Legislative Council's statutory revision program. The Code was originally enacted by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008. Disposition and Derivation Tables are included preceding the Code, thus providing a means of tracing repealed subject matter into the Code and of searching out the source of Code sections.
